Akara operates on a strict on-demand manufacturing model. This means your object is 3D printed specifically for you only after your order is placed. Please allow 2-4 business days for production before your item ships.
We offer standard shipping across India. Once your order has completed production, standard delivery takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package is dispatched.
Because every item is custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your object arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue and the packaging. We will gladly arrange for a replacement to be manufactured and shipped to you at no additional cost.
